We do not provide any food for students. Families are responsible to provide all snacks and lunch for their child each day as well as a pre-filled water bottle. Please note that we are a nut-free facility.

No, we only service students attending the elementary school we operate out of. Our Debeck location will only take students attending Debeck Elementary School, our Whiteside location will only take students attending Whiteside Elementary School, and our Garden City location will only take students attending Garden City Elementary as we do not offer transportation services.

Yes, all students attending any of our programs must know how to use the toilet independently.

Yes. Once your child is fully registered, please email us to complete a child care arrangement form. Please note that you are responsible for full tuition fees until your benefit is approved.

Yes! This reduction will directly be deducted from monthly tuition for the months Hatch have been approved funding for. Monthly reductions are based on the program your child is enrolled in.

We offer full-time 5 days per week and part-time 3 or 2 days per week for our PreK programs. We only offer part-time options in our OSC programs if the program is not at full capacity.

With the exception of our Daycare program, which operates year-round, our school-year programs (PreK and OSC) follow the Richmond School District calendar specific to the location in which the program operates. We observe the same breaks (Winter, Spring, and Summer), statutory holidays, and Pro-D days. Students are required to re-register each school year—typically in late January for the upcoming September—to secure their spots.
