Camp 3: Pedal Power Biking Adventures (Grade 5-7 | July 14-18)
Week 1 | July 14-18 | 9am-2pm
Ages: Grade 5-7
Instructor: Ms. Tess
Location: Whiteside Elementary
This camp offers fun bike rides that explore the scenic trails in the south side of Richmond that will take us to various parks and farms. Campers will learn bike and road safety while exploring the outdoors. Campers must bring their own bike and helmet and be confident on their bike, keeping pace with their peers. Staff will conduct a biking assessment on the first day to ensure appropriate skill for this camp.
Participants are required to bring a nut-free snack, lunch, and a water bottle. All this must fit into a backpack that campers can carry with them while riding. Campers will spend time outdoors daily, rain or shine, so please ensure your child comes each day prepared for the weather (rain gear and/or sunscreen and sunhat). Grade level based on recently completed school year.
Please note that no after camp care is available for this camp.
For campers who are new to Hatch, you must complete and submit a full camp registration package to info@hatchkidslearning.com within 5 days of registration to guarantee your spot. We also encourage you to review our policies & procedures.
