


Camp 5: Zài Lù Shàng! A Mandarin Journey Through China (Grade 1-4 | July 21-25)
Week 2 | July 21-25 | 9am-2pm

Location: Whiteside Elementary
Zài Lù Shàng means “on the road”! Campers will explore China through hands-on activities, learning Mandarin as they discover local foods, famous buildings, and fun traditions. From building landmarks like the Great Wall to trying regional snacks, this camp brings Chinese culture to life in fun and playful ways. No prior Mandarin knowledge required.
Participants are required to bring a nut-free snack, lunch, and a water bottle. Campers will spend time outdoors daily, rain or shine, so please ensure your child comes each day prepared for the weather (rain gear and/or sunscreen and sunhat).
For campers who are new to Hatch, you must complete and submit a full camp registration package to info@hatchkidslearning.com within 5 days of registration to guarantee your spot. We also encourage you to review our policies & procedures.
*Limited After-Camp Care spots available from 2pm to 5:30pm for children in Kindergarten and older for $125 per week. Please purchase this option separately. Grade level is based on most recently completed school year.
